Mahalakshmi Scheme Telangana

Mahalakshmi Scheme is a scheme launched by the Telangana government, under which all women, girls, and transgender people above 18 years of age who are residents of Telangana state can travel free of charge in TSRTC buses. The scheme was launched on December 9, 2023 by the President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, Revanth Reddy.

Under this scheme, women, girls, and transgender people can travel free of charge in all TSRTC buses in Telangana state. The scheme aims to reduce the transportation costs of women, girls, and transgender people in Telangana state.

To avail of the benefits under this scheme, women, girls, and transgender people must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• They must be above 18 years of age.
